Positive, Growth Mindset
Having a positive mindset and a growth mindset sounds easy and too be honest, many of us assume that we already have this mastered down pat ... but have we? Do we understand what both elements mean and how to move from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset? Journaling these days is more than casual. It begins from within. A life coach will ask many questions each week. Together, you can see where you need to grow.

Dweck (2017) said, "The view you adopt for yourself affects the way you lead your life." This means we all can change. People with a growth mindset believe they can develop their talents. They think this through hard work, good strategies, and input from others (Dweck, 2016). But, on the flip side, those with a fixed mindset believe that it's unobtainable. You can't do it. They think those who can do it are born with this ability. That's not true. The person believes in the growth mindset. They want to explore a positive way forward to find resolution.
