My Approach

Integrity, compassion, loyalty, courage, having a purpose, excellence, self-improvement, valuing others, and gratitude for family and friends are the core principles that shape my approach to life coaching.

 

Structured Coaching Sessions

When you engage in one-on-one appointments with me, our sessions will follow a structured framework to ensure we maximize our time together and achieve meaningful progress:

  1. Initial Assessment: We start by understanding your current situation, challenges, and aspirations. This helps us to set a strong foundation for our coaching relationship.

  2. Goal Setting: Together, we'll identify clear, achievable goals that align with your values and desires. This step ensures that we have a roadmap for your journey.

  3. Action Plans: We'll develop actionable steps that you can take to move towards your goals. This plan will be tailored to your unique circumstances and needs.

  4. Accountability: In each session, we’ll revisit and discuss the progress made since our last meeting. This helps maintain momentum and ensures that we stay on track.

 

Techniques and Tools

My coaching approach incorporates a variety of techniques and tools designed to foster personal growth and confidence:

  • Journaling: Reflective writing exercises to help you process thoughts and emotions.

  • Mindfulness: Practices to increase awareness and reduce stress.

  • Talking: Lots of open, honest conversation where you feel heard and understood.

Beyond our sessions, I offer continuous support and valuable resources to aid your journey:

  • Email Support: Ongoing support between sessions to address any immediate concerns or questions.

  • Resource Library: A wealth of materials available on my website, with the option to subscribe for regular updates delivered directly to your inbox.

Importantly, life coaching is distinct from treating mental health conditions, which is the realm of medical professionals.
